Arthrodontics is a new word, but not a new concept.  The concept has been espoused by the "Functional Orthodontics" theoreticians and practitioners for the last forty years.  Pioneers like Dr. John Witzig, Dr. Brendan Stack, Dr. Merle Bean, Dr. Terrance Spahl, Dr. James Broadbent, Dr. Grant Bowbeer, Dr. Jay Gerber and many others have contributed to my education in this discipline.
